Message	Consider this - figuring in the old engine removal, refreshing the replacement engine (seals, timing belt WP etc) and replacing the engine. Having everything buttoned up, fluids topped off, engine covers replaced and all the little things takes time. Presenting you with a running car that you drive away in with no issues, I say 20 hrs is good.
